Bow Valley Rugby Club AGM - POSTPONED

We will be holding an in-person meeting with a pre-registration and maximum number of 50 attendees (including Board members) to ensure we’re following all AHS and municipal guidelines. Please register at this link: AGM Registration.
Unfortunately if your name is not on that list you will not be permitted entry on the day.

There are several positions up for election this year.
All candidates for election to the executive board must have their nominations submitted in writing to the Club Manager - Francine Horton - at least 14 days prior to the date of the election.
Nominations will be accepted at the time of the meeting provided the nomination is submitted in writing.
Positions up for election and if the current position holder will be running again.
VP Seniors – 2yr term.
VP Juniors – 2yr term. Rob Harris will be running again.
VP Minis – 2yr term.
VP Social Events and Fundraising – 2yr term.
VP Social Media – 2yr term. Sarah Costen currently in place.
Treasurer – 2yr term. Rob Julien currently in place.
President – 2yr term. Jamie Snowden currently in place.
Secretary – 2yr term. Paula King currently in place.
VP Women – 2yr term. Mackenzie Tivendale and Emily Carter currently in place.
